These Terms apply to the services available on this website, http://www.mylotto24.co.uk, which are operated by MyLotto24 (the 'MyLotto24 Services').

Please read these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) carefully before using the MyLotto24 Services. By using the MyLotto24 Services, you accept and agree to these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) as effective from time to time.

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) may be changed at any time. MyLotto24 will ensure that any new or revised version is posted on the Web Siteand will send notification of any changes to the registered email address held on the Player Account before the changes take effect. The new or revised version of the Terms will take effect immediately on the Player's next use of the MyLotto24 Services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless stated otherwise, the words and expressions set out below shall have the following meanings:

'Bank Account' - the bank account held by the Player and linked to the Player Account.

'Credit Card' - any kind of card providing payment, debit, credit and/or similar functions.

'DLTB' - the members of the Deutscher Lotto-und Totoblock that operate the 'Lotto 6aus49' lottery in Germany.

'DLTB Jackpot' - the aggregate amount payable by the DLTB in respect of all winning tickets in Prize Category I of the relevant draw of the 'Lotto 6aus49' in Germany, as announced by the DLTB (or in Condition 5.1, where no such winning ticket is announced, the amount that would have been payable by the DLTB had there been a winning ticket in Prize Category I of the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49', as determined by MyLotto24).

'DLTB Winning Ticket' - a winning ticket for the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' operated by the DLTB.

'Dormant Account' - a Player Account from which a Player has made no transactions for a period of no less than 180 days.

'Group Companies' - means any subsidiary undertakings (as defined in the Companies Act 2006) of MyLotto24, and any companies in which MyLotto24 has a direct or indirect shareholding of at least 25%.

'MyLotto24' - MyLotto24 Limited, a company incorporated under English law on 28 February 2007, with its registered office at Suite 1, 3rd Floor 11-12 St. James's Square, London SW1Y 4LB, England and company number 6131579.

'MyLotto24 Winning Bet' - a bet placed through the lottery betting services provided by MyLotto24 to its customers, resellers, agents and brokers that has led to Winnings/Prizes, including bets placed by (or corresponding to bets placed by): (i) a Player, using his/her Player Account (including by telephone); or (ii) a person who has placed their bet not via the Web Site, but via the services (including other websites) of MyLotto24 or a third party acting as a licensee, reseller or agent in respect of, or broker for, those lottery betting services.

'Player' - a user of the MyLotto24 Services.

'Player Account' - the notional account created by a Player on the Web Site through which the Player may place bets on the Web Site.

'Privacy Policy' - the policy at the end of these Terms established by MyLotto24 in respect of the use, storage and disclosure of the personal information about a Player or prospective Player, as such policy may be amended from time to time.

'Prize' or 'Winnings' - the premium to be paid to the Player in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet (and/or any other prizes to which the Player is entitled), and the terms shall be used interchangeably.

'Prize Category' - in respect of a draw, the relevant tier of winning as determined by the amount of numbers correctly matched (including stars, as applicable).

'Stake' - the sum of money the Player decides to bet in respect of a particular lottery draw.

'Terms' - the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between MyLotto24 and the Player from time to time.

'Username' and 'Password' - the username and password chosen by the Player at the point of registration (subject to any subsequent variations permitted by MyLotto24), that shall be used to carry out all deposit and withdrawal transactions via the Player Account and that are intended to ensure that the Player can be uniquely identified by MyLotto24.

'Valid Identification Document' - a valid identification document issued by a governmental office (e.g. ID-card or passport) which at least shows the Player's name and date of birth.

'Web Site' - the Internet portal hosted by or on behalf of MyLotto24 in relation to the MyLotto24 Services, which is currently accessible at: http://www.mylotto24.co.uk, and any internet pages directly accessible from that portal which are hosted by or on behalf of MyLotto24.

2. Published Terms

The Player's agreement with MyLotto24 relating to the MyLotto24 Services includes these Terms (including the Privacy Policy which is at the end of, and forms part of, these Terms), and the applicable statements and explanations appearing on the applicable betting screen of the Web Site.

MyLotto24 may change these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes shall only apply after the date of the change, but they will apply to earlier bets to the extent they relate to claim and prize payment procedures. MyLotto24 will post any new version on the Web Site.

MyLotto24 is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission (licence number 000-004578-R-103863). Details of the Gambling Commission can be found at: www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

3. The Player

Players need to register on the Web Site in order to place bets via the MyLotto24 Services. MyLotto24 reserves the right to refuse in its absolute discretion to complete registration for any prospective Player for any reason.

Each Player warrants and represents to MyLotto24 that he/she:

  1. is not under 18 years old (Players should note that under age gambling is an offence in the United Kingdom);
  2. is aware that he/she might lose his/her Stakes as a consequence of the bets he/she places with MyLotto24;
  3. will not use the Web Site for any commercial activity or on behalf of any other person or persons;
  4. is not physically located at the time of placing their bet in the territory that MyLotto24 excludes at the time of registration, including but not limited to the United States of America.
  5. is not a Schleswig Holstein resident, either permanent or habitual, at the time of registering his/her Player Account;
  6. is not at the time of placing their bet a director or employee of MyLotto24 or any of its Group Companies; or
  7. is not a person prohibited from participating in remote gambling of the nature provided by the Web Site by the Office for Foreign Assets Control of the US Department for the Treasury and/or any equivalent governmental body or department in any other country that may now or in the future prohibit persons in a manner similar to the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Players may be required to provide the following in the course of registering: name, postal address, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number and their own security questions, Credit Card/Bank Account number and other information or forms of identification that MyLotto24 may request. Players expressly acknowledge that a failure to provide any such information may result in MyLotto24 refusing to complete registration of any prospective Player. Players hereby consent to MyLotto24 carrying out age verification and identity checks.

Each Player shall ensure that the Credit Card/Bank Account data provided by them at the point of registration is accurate and complete, and that their Credit Card has not been lost or stolen or the subject of fraud. The Player shall immediately inform MyLotto24: (i) if their Credit Card becomes lost or stolen; or (ii) if they have given away, shared or lost their account number and/or password for their relevant Credit Card/Bank Account or their Username or Password.

Players shall: (i) fill out all of the compulsory fields in the registration form; (ii) ensure that their data is accurate and complete; and (iii) immediately inform MyLotto24 of any change in the data supplied by them during registration, including changes to Credit Card/Bank Account data, by making the requisite changes to their Player Accounts.

MyLotto24 is not responsible for any failure to deliver any Winnings or Prize if any information supplied by the relevant Player required for such delivery is incorrect, incomplete or out of date. MyLotto24 is not under any duty to contact the relevant Player in order to complete or correct any information that is, or may appear to be, incomplete, incorrect or out of date.

4. Account and Password

Once the prospective Player's details are accepted by MyLotto24 for registration as a Player Account, the Player will be sent an email containing his/her Username and a link to reset his/her Password, through which the Player can access his/her Player Account on the Web Site, place bets and carry out deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Player Account.

MyLotto24 will determine whether the funds that a Player has requested to be credited to his/her Player Account are available. Funds will only be credited to the Player's Account if MyLotto24 is satisfied that the Player's Credit Card has not been reported as lost or stolen and is not the subject of any fraud.

If a Player gives Credit Card/Bank Accounts details relating to a Bank Account held jointly with another person, he/she accepts that Prizes won by him/her may be paid into that joint account.

Each Player must keep his/her Username and Password secure and take all steps to prevent unauthorised use of these details. Each Player is responsible for all activity conducted through his/her Player Account. The Player shall not allow anyone else to use his/her Password or Username. The Player is not authorised to use third parties' Passwords or Usernames.

It is the Player's obligation to report suspected fraud and illicit use of his/her Player Account to MyLotto24, and to take such steps as may be required in order to overcome it, such as by changing the Password on the Player Account.

A Player may change his/her Password at any time through the relevant Player Account.

Players are not permitted to have more than one Player Account at any one time. If an additional account or accounts are opened, MyLotto24 will be entitled in its sole discretion to investigate and close any such accounts without notice. If a Player wishes to establish a new Username, the Player must close his/her existing Player Account and open a new Player Account under the new Username.

MyLotto24 shall be entitled in its sole discretion to set and amend from time to time monetary limits on the operation of Player Accounts, including (without limitation) limits on minimum and maximum deposit amounts, minimum and maximum bets and maximum aggregate sums that may be bet in a particular time period.

It is open to all potential Players to exclude themselves from placing bets on this Web Site, using MyLotto24's self-exclusion facility or by contacting Customer Services by telephone on 0800 931 0862 or by email to service@mylotto24.co.uk. By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with MyLotto24, a Player will be prohibited from using his/her Player Account and from opening a new Player Account during the self-exclusion period. MyLotto24 will not knowingly permit Players that have chosen to self-exclude to reactivate their Player Account or open a new Player Account under any circumstances during the self-exclusion period. After the end of the self-exclusion period, customers may reactivate their Player Account or open a new Player Account and recommence their placing of bets by contacting Customer Services.

A Player may close his/her Player Account by giving MyLotto24 at least 24 hours' notice (through his/her Player Account on the Web Site or by email to service@mylotto24.co.uk or by telephoning 0800 931 0862), following which MyLotto24 will return any remaining balance from his/her Player Account (subject to the deduction of the Stakes for all his/her outstanding bets for which the Player shall remain liable) to the Bank Account / Credit Card, details of which are held by MyLotto24 in respect of that Player, or return the remaining balance to the relevant Player by other appropriate means. In the event that MyLotto24 is not able to return the remaining balance to the Bank Account / Credit Card or to the Player by other appropriate means, it will be treated as unclaimed Winnings in accordance with Condition 8 below.

Should a Player's Player Account become dormant through inactivity, MyLotto24 may contact the Player periodically to advise of any available Player Account balance. After a dormant period of no less than 180 days inactivity we reserve the right to close dormant Player Accounts and to remove any funds. Notice via email will be given at least 30 (thirty) days before a Player Account is closed and funds are removed. Any funds removed from dormant Player Accounts will be donated to charity at MyLotto24's discretion.

5. Bets and Games

Players can only bet on the non-UK lottery set out in Condition 5.1 below. MyLotto24 is not a lottery operator, and does not provide Players with the opportunity to purchase lottery tickets. Players are placing bets on the outcomes of the lottery in question.

5.1 MyLotto24

The MyLotto24 Game is based on the German 'Lotto 6aus49', which is a lottery managed and operated by the members of the DLTB. The German 'Lotto 6aus49' involves a random draw of six numbers ('Numbers') plus one 'Star' Number, selected from the numbers 0 to 9 ('Star': the Star Number is known as the 'Superzahl' in the German 'Lotto 6aus49'). Draws normally happen every Wednesday and Saturday evening.

Players of MyLotto24 Game must select six Numbers plus one Star Number per line for their MyLotto24 bet.

The Stake for each line of a MyLotto24 Game bet is fixed. The Stake will be displayed on the relevant bet panel at the time the bet is placed.

The deadline for offering this kind of bet will be decided by MyLotto24, and will be displayed on the Web Site for Players at the time they place their bets.

There are 6 ways to win. Prize Categories listed below, with the exception of Prize Category A, relate to the official Prize Categories of the German 'Lotto 6aus49':

  1. by matching the Star Number number with the 'Star' number drawn in the German 'Lotto 6aus49' (except through a Lotto Syndicate, and subject to any other conditions on the applicable betting screen) (Prize Category A);
  2. by matching 3 Numbers (Prize Category VIII);
  3. by matching 4 Numbers (Prize Category VI);
  4. by matching 5 Numbers (Prize Category IV);
  5. by matching 6 Numbers (Prize Category II); or
  6. by matching 6 Numbers plus Star (Prize Category I).

If the Player matches the Star number with the 'Star' number drawn in the German 'Lotto 6aus49', then the Star number will not count if the Player also matches 3, 4 or 5 other Numbers.

Only one Prize can be won per bet, which will be the highest of the available Prize Categories achieved by, and relevant to, that bet.

The Prize in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category A shall be the Prize described on the Web Site (for example, it may be half of a free single-line MyLotto24 Game bet).

Subject to Conditions 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 below, the Prize payable to Players in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Categories II, IV, VI and VIII shall be the amount of the Prize Breakdown announced by the DLTB in respect of each DLTB Winning Ticket in the equivalent Prize Category. If the DLTB has not announced a Prize Breakdown in respect of an equivalent Prize Category for a draw of 'Lotto 6aus49', the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in that Prize Category will be calculated on the basis of the aggregate amounts paid for tickets for the relevant draw of 'Lotto 6aus49' announced by the DLTB and its allocation to the winning Prize Categories.

Subject to Conditions 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 below, the Prize payable to Players in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I will depend on the number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets and the number of DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category I, the DLTB Jackpot for the relevant draw and/or the Prize Breakdown announced by the DLTB in respect of each DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I, as set out in Condition 5.1.1 below.

5.1.1

The aggregate of the Prizes payable by MyLotto24 for Prize Category I on any draw of its MyLotto24 game shall never exceed an amount equal to the DLTB Jackpot for the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49'.

The maximum Prize payable to Players in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in respect of each draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' will be calculated as follows:

  1. If there is only a single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I, the following applies:
    1. If the DLTB has announced that there are no DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I will be equal to the amount the DLTB would have paid out to a DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I if there had been one DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I. This amount will be calculated on the basis of the aggregate amount paid for tickets for the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' announced by the DLTB and its allocation to the winning Prize Categories.
    2. If the DLTB has announced one or more DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet shall be equal to the Prize Breakdown paid by DLTB in respect of each DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I for the relevant draw.
  2. If there are two or more MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I and:
    1. the number of DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category I announced by the DLTB is equal to or higher than the number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of each such MyLotto24 Winning Bet shall be equal to the Prize Breakdown announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I;
    2. the number of DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category I is less than the number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of each such MyLotto24 Winning Bet shall be equal to the DLTB Jackpot for Prize Category I for the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' divided by the total number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets.

Examples:

Example 1: There is one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I and two DLTB Winning Tickets announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I in respect of a DLTB Jackpot of €10,000,000: the Prize Breakdown payable to each of the DLTB Winning Tickets would be a half share of the DLTB Jackpot, i.e., €5,000,000. Therefore, the Prize payable in respect of that single MyLotto24 Winning Bet would be €5,000,000 (being an amount equal to the Prize Breakdown in Prize Category I as announced by the DLTB).

Example 2: There are four MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I and five DLTB Winning Tickets announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I in respect of a DLTB Jackpot of €10,000,000: the Prize Breakdown payable to each of the DLTB Winning Tickets would be a one fifth share of the DLTB Jackpot, i.e., €2,000,000. Therefore, the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I would be €2,000,000 (being an amount equal to the Prize Breakdown in Prize Category I as announced by the DLTB).

Example 3: There are three MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I and only a single DLTB Winning Ticket announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I in respect of a DLTB Jackpot of €10,000,000: the DLTB Winning Ticket would receive the DLTB Jackpot of €10,000,000. Therefore. the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I would be €3,333,333 (being the amount of the DLTB Jackpot, divided by the number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets).

5.1.2

If there has been no DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I for thirteen consecutive draws of the German 'Lotto 6aus49', leading to a mandatory payout by the DLTB of the prizes in Prize Category I to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II, the following applies:

  1. The Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I shall be equal to the prize that a DLTB Winning Ticket would have won in Prize Category I at the DLTB if there had been no mandatory payout of Prize Category I prizes to DLTB Winners in Prize Category II. This Prize shall be calculated by MyLotto24 on the basis of the aggregate amount paid for tickets for the relevant draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' announced by the DLTB and its allocation to the winning Prize Categories. If there is more than one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I shall be the amount so calculated divided by the number of MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I.
  2. If there are one or more MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II shall be equal to the prize the DLTB would have paid out to each DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category II if there had been at least one DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize Category I and no mandatory payout of jackpotted funds from Prize Category I to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II had occurred.
  3. If there is no MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I, the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II shall be equal to the Prize Breakdown announced by the DLTB in Prize Category II for that draw, except that the mechanism set out in Condition 5.1.1 above shall apply accordingly (with references to 'Prize Category I' in that Condition being deemed for these purposes to refer to 'Prize Category II' and references to the 'DLTB Jackpot' being deemed to refer to the amount of the mandatory payout of jackpotted funds from Prize Category I to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II). For the avoidance of doubt, where a mandatory payout of Prize Category I prizes to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II occurs, the aggregate of the Prizes payable by MyLotto24 for all MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category II in respect of any draw of the German 'Lotto 6aus49' shall never exceed an amount equal to the aggregate mandatory payout of the jackpotted funds to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II in respect of that draw.

Examples:

Example 1: There is one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I and no DLTB Winning Tickets in Category I, but two DLTB Winning Tickets announced by the DLTB in Prize Category II. In this case, each DLTB Winning Ticket in Prize category II receives €17,000,000. This amount is calculated as follows: Jackpot amount from Price Category I (€30,000,000) plus prizes in Prize Category II (€4,000,000) divided by two. However, in such situation the Prize payable in respect of the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I is €30,000,000. If in this case there is also a MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II, the Prize payable in respect of the MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II would be €2,000,000 (€4,000,000 divided by two) while the Prize payable with respect to the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I would still be €30,000,000.

Example 2: There are no MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I and no DLTB Winning Ticket announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I. There is one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II and five DLTB Winning Tickets announced by the DLTB in Prize Category II in respect of a DLTB prize amount of €34,000,000 for Prize Category II (mandatory payout by the DLTB of the prizes in Prize Category I to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II): the Prize Breakdown payable to each of the DLTB Winning Tickets would be a one fifth share of the DLTB Jackpot, i.e. €6,800,000. Therefore, the Prize payable in respect of each MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II would be €6,800,000.

Example 3: There is one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I and no DLTB Winning Ticket announced by the DLTB in Prize Category I. There is one MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II and five DLTB Winning Tickets announced by the DLTB in Prize Category II in respect of a DLTB prize amount of €34,000,000 for Prize Category II (mandatory payout by the DLTB of the prizes in Prize Category I to DLTB Winning Tickets in Prize Category II): the Prize payable in respect of the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I would be €30,000,000, while the Prize payable to the single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category II would be €800,000 (€4,000,000 divided by five).The odds or approximate odds for each bet will be made available to the Player on the Web Site.

5.1.3

In the event that in a single draw of the German 'Lotto6aus49' the DLTB announces that there has been no Winning Ticket in Prize Category I or in Prize Category II the next draw will include a jackpot prize in both Prize Category I and Prize Category II. Where the next draw, in which there is a jackpot prize in both Prize Category I and Prize Category II, results in the DLTB announcing a Winning Ticket in Prize Category I but no Winning Ticket in Prize Category II, the Prize payable to a single MyLotto24 Winning Bet in Prize Category I will be a total of the jackpot prize available under both Prize Category I and II as announced by the DLTB.

The odds of winning, and the average prizes, for each of the 6 ways to win are as follows:

The German Lotto 6aus49 results (including Prize Breakdowns) can be checked by visiting the German web site www.lotto-hessen.de.

Players can check their Winnings by signing into their Player Accounts.

The total value of winnings paid by MyLotto24 from each instance of the MyLotto24 game will vary depending upon the total number of winning bets and the value of each winning bet as announced in each prize class. The total value of winning bets paid by MyLotto24 may exceed total stakes and therefore the profit retained by MyLotto24 from each instance of the MyLotto24 game will vary. MyLotto24 pays pool betting duty of 15% on the total gross gaming yield (value of stakes minus value of prizes) as required by HM Treasury.

MyLotto24 will endeavour to ensure that the German 'Lotto 6aus49' results (including Prize Breakdowns) and Winnings/Prizes displayed on the Web Site are accurate. Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, MyLotto24 shall not be liable for any mistakes in respect of such information.

5.2 Lotto Syndicates

Lotto Syndicates are syndicates organised by MyLotto24 for the placing of pooled bets with MyLotto24 on the lottery betting services provided by MyLotto24. Lotto Syndicate bets may be pooled with bets placed through the lottery betting services provided by MyLotto24 to its customers, resellers, agents and brokers, including Lotto Syndicate bets placed by (or corresponding to bets placed by): (i) a Player, using his/her Player Account (including by telephone); or (ii) a person who has placed their bet not via the Web Site, but via the services (including other websites) of MyLotto24 or a third party acting as a licensee, reseller or agent in respect of, or broker for, the lottery betting services provided by MyLotto24.

Prize Category A (as described in Condition 5.1 above) does not apply to Lotto Syndicate bets.

By acquiring a share of a Lotto Syndicate, each Player:

  1. appoints MyLotto24 to place bets on behalf of the Lotto Syndicate and provide the other services described below; and
  2. agrees to pay the costs for their respective share of the Lotto Syndicate as specified on the Web Site.

The exact content and purpose of each Lotto Syndicate, in particular the number and nature of the bets to be placed by the Lotto Syndicate and of the relevant syndicate share of the individual Players, is described on the relevant section of the Web Site.

MyLotto24 is entitled to participate in a Lotto Syndicate in its own right for the purpose of ensuring that all shares in that Lotto Syndicate have been allocated. Where MyLotto24 so participates in any Lotto Syndicate, MyLotto24 shall have the same rights in respect of Winnings and is subject to the same rules as any other participants.

MyLotto24 will include the Player in a Lotto Syndicate chosen by the Player for the selected playing period (e.g. one calendar month, one week or just a single draw). The details for each Lotto Syndicate are described on the relevant section of the Web Site.

Lotto Syndicates may or may not automatically continue on the expiry of the relevant betting period, as specified in the relevant Web Site description. Where a Lotto Syndicate does not automatically continue and the Player has not selected an option to play by subscription (if any), MyLotto24 will not automatically register Players in new Lotto Syndicates on expiry of the selected betting period and Players must re-register for another Lotto Syndicate if they wish to bet again.

Where a Lotto Syndicate automatically continues or the Player has selected an option to play by subscription (if any), each Player shall, until further notice, authorise MyLotto24 to establish a new Lotto Syndicate under the same conditions on expiry of the selected betting period for the following betting period. However, any special offers or rebates in respect of the first Lotto Syndicate may not remain valid for subsequent Lotto Syndicates.

Depending on the Lotto Syndicate chosen by the Player, Players may terminate their involvement in a Lotto Syndicate at any time via the Player Account. Termination will take effect as follows:

  1. In the case of a Lotto Syndicate with a betting period of one calendar month, notice of termination will take effect in respect of the next betting period provided that notice is received before the 15th day of the current calendar month (or the following working day, if the 15th day falls on a Sunday or a public holiday). Notice of termination received after that date will take effect on the expiry of the next playing period.
  2. In the case of a Lotto Syndicate with a shorter betting period (including Lotto Syndicates with a betting period of one week) or in respect of which the Player has selected an option to play by subscription (if any), notice of termination will take effect in respect of the current betting period provided that it is received at least two clear working days prior to the first draw of the current playing period. If notice of termination is received after this time, the revocation shall take effect at the end of the next playing period.

After the creation of the Lotto Syndicate, MyLotto24 shall procure that bets using the applicable number combinations are placed in the name and on the account of each Lotto Syndicate. Individual participants in a Lotto Syndicate may not request the placement of specific betting rows or participation in a certain Lotto Syndicate.

Winnings for each bet placed on behalf of a Lotto Syndicate will be calculated by MyLotto24 according to Condition 5.1 above. Each Lotto Syndicate shall be entitled to the full sum of any Winnings from the bets placed by MyLotto24 on behalf of the Lotto Syndicate. All Winnings from a playing period will be distributed among the participants in the Lotto Syndicate according to their shares in the relevant Lotto Syndicate. Players will receive a statement of Winnings from MyLotto24 at the expiry of each betting period specifying the Prize Category and amount of any Winnings for each bet placed on behalf of the relevant Lotto Syndicate and the amount of the Player's personal share of such Winnings.

The Player's Player Account will show at the start of a playing period the Lotto Syndicate(s) to which the Player has been assigned, together with the numbers bet by each such Lotto Syndicate and the total shares allocated in each such Lotto Syndicate.

5.3 Multi-draw bets and subscription tickets

5.3.1 Multi-draw bets

Players may have the option to place bets on all draws within a specified period and may elect for the bet to be automatically renewed for successive periods.

Stakes and fees for multi-draw bets are charged in advance at the beginning of the relevant period for all draws selected for the desired period. Conditions 6.3 and 6.4 apply to payment and the acceptance of bets by this method.

5.3.2 Subscription tickets

Players may have the option to automatically renew selected bets and selected multi-draw bets on a subscription basis. Depending on the chosen MyLotto24 Service, a Player may be able to select a period from 1 to 8 weeks. After the expiration of the selected period the bet is automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration, provided that the Player has not cancelled the subscription ticket, in the Player Account, prior to the end of the then current period. Stakes and fees are charged in advance for each consecutive period until the respective subscription ticket is cancelled. Conditions 6.3 and 6.4 apply to payment and the acceptance of bets by this method.

5.4 Additional Rules that apply to all bets

Valid bets will be placed on the next relevant draw that takes place, provided that they are placed before any deadline MyLotto24 states in these Terms or on the Web Site for that draw. It is up to the Player to ensure that the bet is placed before the relevant deadline. For the avoidance of doubt, a bet placed after a draw has actually occurred will not be valid, irrespective of any automatic confirmation that may be generated via email or the Web Site.

If a lottery makes multiple draws on the same day/date, then unless otherwise specified by MyLotto24, a Player's bet will apply only to the main draw taking place on that day/date (or, where no 'main' draw takes place, the first draw), and not to any other draw made by the lottery in question.

If a lottery draw does not take place or no draw result is published or officially announced, all valid bets on that draw will stand for the rescheduled draw (or, if there is none, the next available relevant draw).

6. Acceptance and validation of bets

6.1

The Player must be sure that all elements of the bet are correct: once the bet is submitted to MyLotto24, it cannot be cancelled or amended in any way by the Player.

6.2

MyLotto24 may accept or reject any bet submitted by the Player. The Player's Player Account will show bets that have been accepted. A Player should not assume a bet has been accepted unless the Player has received confirmation of acceptance of the bet and the bet is shown in the Player's Player Account.

6.3

A bet will not be accepted if the Player's Bank Account/Credit Card contains insufficient funds for the entire Stake placed at the time when the bet is placed (bets can never be placed on credit).

6.4

A Player may be entitled to choose to place bets on certain MyLotto24 Services for a specified number of weeks in advance by selecting the relevant option (if any) at the time of placing his/her bet. In addition, a Player may be entitled to choose to place a separate bet using the Player's selected numbers in every draw of the relevant game draw until further notice (known as a "Subscription"). If Player selects such an option, Player agrees that the Stake for each bet during the term of a Subscription may be deducted from the funds in the Player's Player Account. If the Player Account does not contain sufficient funds, MyLotto24 shall be entitled to charge the Player's Credit Card for that amount. If a Player does not wish to have their Credit Card charged for bets under a Subscription, they must remove their Credit Card from the payment details section of his/her Player Account. No bet will be placed and the Subscription will be cancelled if a Player's Player Account has insufficient funds to pay the Stake for a draw and no Credit Card details are recorded on his/her Player Account or sufficient Credit Card payment cannot be processed for any reason. A Player may amend or cancel a Subscription via his/her Player Account. Amendments or cancellations to a Subscription take effect after 7 days.

6.5

MyLotto24 is not responsible for any failure to pay or deliver any Winnings or Prize if any information relating to the relevant Player supplied by the relevant Player is incorrect, incomplete or out of date. MyLotto24 is not is under any duty to contact the relevant Player in order to complete or correct any information that is, or may appear to be, incomplete, incorrect or out of date.

6.6

In addition to Condition 6.5, for security reasons, Player may only be eligible for Winnings/Prizes after MyLotto24 has received the following information relating to the Player within a period of 150 days from the announcement of the Prize/Winnings: (i) a copy of the Player's photographic identification document (in the form of a passport, national identity card or driving licence) showing the Player's name, date of birth, photograph and signature matching those provided to Mylotto24 when the Player Account was opened; (ii) a copy of proof of the Player's address (in the form of a utility bill or credit card statement, dated within the last 3 months) matching that held by MyLotto24 for the Player Account; (iii) the Player's name and Player Account ID (usually an alpha-numeric number); and (iv) confirmation that there is no history of fraud on the Player's account and that the Player is not on the 'asset freeze targets' list (www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/fin_sanctions_index.htm) and that the Player is not prohibited from participating in remote gambling of the nature provided by the MyLotto24 Services by the Office for Foreign Assets Control of the US Department for the Treasury.

6.7

For Prizes/Winnings arising from MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I of the relevant draw of the 'Lotto 6aus49' in Germany, MyLotto24 must receive from the Player within a period of 150 days from the announcement of the Prize/Winnings: (i) a copy of the Player's photographic identification document (in the form of a passport, national identity card or driving licence) showing the Player's name, date of birth, photograph and signature matching those provided to MyLotto24 when the Player Account was opened; (ii) a copy of proof of the Player's address (in the form of a utility bill or credit card statement, dated within the last 3 months) matching that held by MyLotto24 for the Player Account; (iii) the Player's name and Player Account ID (usually an alpha-numeric number); and (iv) confirmation that there is no history of fraud on the Player's account and that the Player is not on the 'asset freeze targets' list (www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/fin_sanctions_index.htm) and that the Player is not prohibited from participating in remote gambling of the nature provided by the MyLotto24 Services by the Office for Foreign Assets Control of the US Department for the Treasury.

6.8

To the extent the information in the relevant photographic identification document and proof of address submitted by the Player does not match the name and date of birth registered with MyLotto24 at the review date as described in Conditions 6.6 and 6.7, the Player may take any other reasonable measures to fully and clearly prove that he is the owner of the Player Account and is eligible to receive the Prizes/Winnings. In the case described in Condition 6.7 such proof must be received by MyLotto24 within the 150 day period.

7. Charitable Contributions

MyLotto24 confirms that it will pay an estimated 26% of each bet placed to The MyLotto24 Fund, for the purposes of supporting its funding of charitable work. Currently, MyLotto24 supports Sports Aid Trust (charity no. 1111612) and The London Community Foundation (charity no. 1091263).

8. Transfer of Money

8.1

In the event that any cash Winnings or Prizes of less than one hundred thousand Euros (€100,000) are payable to a Player in accordance with these Terms, MyLotto24 shall transfer or credit the relevant Winnings/Prize to the Player Account.

8.2

In the event that any cash Winnings or Prizes of one hundred thousand Euros (€100,000) or more are payable to a Player in accordance with these Terms, such amounts may, at MyLotto24's discretion, be paid to the winning Player by cheque or bank transfer instead of transmission to the Player's Player Account. The Player agrees, on request, to provide such information to MyLotto24 as MyLotto24 may request in connection with effecting payment of this type.

8.3

In the event that the Player is entitled to any non-cash Prizes, MyLotto24 shall be responsible for transferring those Prizes to Player.

8.4

In the event that they are entitled to a Prize, Players agree to participate in unpaid publicity connected with the MyLotto24 Services, and it is a condition of eligibility for Prizes that winning Players agree to their alias, age and country of residence being made publicly available and used in publicity for MyLotto24.

8.5

Where any Winnings are denominated in a currency other than that which is used for the Player Account, they will be converted into the currency of the Player Account using the exchange rate offered by MyLotto24's bank on the date when the relevant draw of the 'Lotto 6aus49' in Germany takes place. The Player accepts the risk of any currency fluctuations.

8.6

Any monies deposited by a Player in his/her Player Account shall not attract any interest. Monies deposited to a Player Account are held in a bank account in the name of the company which is separate to the accounts used for corporate funds. Monies deposited to a Player Account receive Basic protection in line with the Gambling Commission's ratings categories and will not be protected in the case of insolvency. 8.7

Any and all unclaimed Winnings will be retained by MyLotto24 for 12 months. If MyLotto24, having endeavoured to contact the Player by means of any email address and phone number specified in his/her Player Account, is unable to transfer the relevant Winnings to the relevant Player's Credit Card or Bank Account within such 12 month period, then: (i) the relevant Player shall cease to be entitled to claim such Winnings; and (ii) MyLotto24 shall be entitled to donate the unclaimed Winnings to a charity of its choice.

8.8

When a Player withdraws Winnings from his/her Player Account, such amounts will be transferred to the Player's Bank Account, and (when introduced by MyLotto24) the Player's Credit Card (other than any form of Credit Card for which this option is unavailable, as specified on the Web Site). A Player can only withdraw funds in his/her Player Account that have been won. Minimum withdrawal amount £10. Funds deposited into a Player Account can only be used to finance bets. A Player cannot withdraw money deposited to his/her Player Account from his/her Credit Card/Bank Account other than by closing his/her Player Account in accordance with these Terms. MyLotto24 will not charge any transaction fees for withdrawals, but please note that your bank might do so.

8.9

The time taken to transfer funds from a Player's Player Account (or otherwise) to the Player's Bank Account is approximately 5 working days.

9 Rights of MyLotto24

9.1 Suspension and termination of Player Accounts

9.1.1

MyLotto24 shall be entitled immediately to suspend the relevant Player Account, and the Player's use of the Web Site, if MyLotto24 believes that a Player does not meet the requirements set out in Condition 3(i), (iv), (v) or (vi). In addition, MyLotto24 shall be entitled immediately to suspend the relevant Player Account, and the Player's use of the Web Site, if MyLotto24 believes that:

  1. the Player:

    has provided false or misleading information as part of or in connection with his/her Player Account or otherwise in connection with the Web Site and the services available through it; is involved in any fraud-related activities; or is in breach of any other material provision of these Terms; or
  2. any details of the Bank Account or Credit Card used to deposit money into the relevant Player Account were, or have become, incorrect or payment by the Player's Bank Account or Credit Card is contested or is reported as lost or stolen or becomes the subject of fraud; or
  3. any direct debit collection due from a Player is returned for reasons attributable to the Player; or
  4. the Player has allowed a third party to place bets using his/her Player Account.

9.1.2

During the period of any suspension of a Player Account:

  1. the Player will be prevented from accessing or using that Player Account; and
  2. MyLotto24 may investigate the event that gave rise to the suspension and MyLotto24 will be entitled (but shall not be obliged) to require that the relevant Player provides (in person, if requested by MyLotto24) all such identification documents as MyLotto24 reasonably requires in order to satisfy itself as to these matters.

9.1.3

Should MyLotto24 determine, in its sole discretion, that the event giving rise to suspension has occurred, MyLotto24 will be entitled to terminate the Player Account in question, and all outstanding Stakes associated with that Player Account will be forfeited and donated to the charity (except where the Stake was placed by a Player who is under 18 years old, in which case the Stake will be returned to that person's Player Account, or by any other means available to MyLotto24).

9.1.4

Should MyLotto24 determine, in its reasonable discretion, that such a breach has not occurred, the suspension of the Player Account will be brought to an end.

9.1.5

If MyLotto24 terminates a Player's use of the Web Site other than pursuant to Condition 9.1.3 above, MyLotto24 will notify the relevant Player by email using the email address provided to MyLotto24 by the Player in his/her Player Account. In such circumstances, MyLotto24 shall (as soon as reasonably practicable) refund the balance held on the Player Account to the Player (using the Credit Card or Bank Account details provided to MyLotto24 by the Player), after deduction of the Stakes for all the Player's future bets that the Player has already purchased.

9.2 Non-existence of claims for Prizes/Winnings

9.2.1

The Player may not claim any Prize/Winnings from MyLotto24, and MyLotto24 may void and shall be entitled in its sole discretion not to pay any Winnings or Prizes:

  1. in respect of any bet placed after the relevant deadline;
  2. in respect of any bet that is erroneously accepted on the Web Site after the deadline for the relevant draw or game in respect of a draw or game that has already taken place at the time when the bet is placed;
  3. if MyLotto24 becomes aware of an error in relation to a bet or draw and is not able to contact the Player to correct the error or confirm the bet before the deadline for the relevant draw;
  4. in respect of any bet placed by a Player who has provided false or misleading information as part of or in connection with his/her Player Account or otherwise in connection with the Web Site or the services available through it; or
  5. in respect of any bet placed by a Player who MyLotto24 reasonably suspects has been involved in any fraud-related activities in relation to the placing of the bet, the operation of their Player Account or otherwise in connection with the Web Site or the services offered via it; or
  6. in respect of Prizes/Winnings arising from MyLotto24 Winning Bets in Prize Category I of the relevant draw of the 'Lotto 6aus49' in Germany, (i) where the Player has not submitted, and/or MyLotto24 has not received, within a period of 150 days from the announcement of the Prize/Winnings, a copy of the Player's photographic identification document (in the form of a passport, national identity card or driving licence) showing the Player's name, date of birth, photograph and signature matching those provided to MyLotto24 when the Player Account was opened and a copy of proof of the Player's address (in the form of a utility bill or credit card statement, dated within the last 3 months) matching that held by MyLotto24 for the Player Account; or (ii) where Player has otherwise failed to prove his ownership of the Player Account and eligibility for the Prize/Winnings in accordance with Condition 6.8;
  7. in respect of any bet placed by a Player who was, at the time of placing the bet:
    1. less than 18 years old;
    2. a director or employee of MyLotto24;
    3. is not physically located at the time of placing their bet in the territory that MyLotto24 excludes at the time of registration, including but not limited to the United States of America.
    4. on the 'asset freeze targets' list (www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/fin_sanctions_index.htm) or prohibited from participating in remote gambling of the nature provided by the MyLotto24 Services by the Office for Foreign Assets Control of the US Department for the Treasury; or
    5. in respect of any bet placed by a Player who is breach of any material provision of these Terms.

9.2.2

The transfer of any Prize/Winnings by MyLotto24 to the Player Account and/or the transfer of any Prize/Winnings by MyLotto24 to a Player shall not entitle the Player to any claim over any such Prize/Winnings which the Player is legally not entitled to. MyLotto24 may at any time reclaim Prizes/Winnings transferred to the Player Account and/or the Player to the extent that the Player has no right to - in particular with respect to such Prizes/Winnings to which the Player is not entitled in accordance with this Condition 9.2.

9.2.3

If any bet is voided in accordance with Condition 9.2.1 (i), (ii) or (iii), MyLotto24 will offer the Player the option of placing any such bet on the next relevant draw or crediting the Player's Player Account with the Stake. If any bet is otherwise voided by MyLotto24 in accordance with this Condition 9.2, the relevant Stake associated with that bet may, in MyLotto24's reasonable discretion, be forfeited (except where the Stake was placed by a Player who is under 18 years old) or returned to that person's Player Account, or returned to that Player by any other means available to MyLotto24.

9.3 Other rights

9.3.1

In addition, MyLotto24 reserves the right:

  1. to set off against a Player's Winnings the amount of any unpaid Stake owed by that Player in respect of an earlier bet or game;
  2. to terminate, correct or suspend any Player's access to the MyLotto24 Services, immediately and without prior notice, for any other reason at MyLotto24's sole discretion; and
  3. (but shall not be obliged) to require that the relevant Player provides Valid Identification Documents in order to enable MyLotto24 to satisfy itself as to the validity of Player Account details and the Player's entitlement to the Winnings or Prizes in accordance with these Terms. MyLotto24 may withhold payment of Winnings or Prizes payable until MyLotto24 is entirely satisfied as to these matters.

9.3.2

MyLotto24 shall be entitled to donate any Stakes forfeited to MyLotto24 under this Condition 9 to a charity of its choice.

9.3.3

Subject to Condition 15, MyLotto24's decisions as to whether or not a bet is a valid MyLotto24 Winning Bet or in respect of the payment or awarding of Winnings/Prizes and any exercise by MyLotto24 of any discretion under these Terms shall be final and binding upon all Players and any other person or persons having any interest in the matter or dispute or exercise of discretion. Without prejudice to anything in Condition 11, where MyLotto24 makes a final decision or exercises any discretion referred to above MyLotto24 may, solely at its option, reimburse the Stake and fees paid by the Player for the relevant game or replace the disputed bet with a bet of equivalent value in respect of the next relevant draw. In the event of a dispute in respect of a bet or the payment or awarding of any Prize, MyLotto24 may withhold payment of the Prize and/or either of them may make an equivalent payment into court until any dispute has been resolved.

10. Error

MyLotto24 endeavours to ensure that the Web Site and the MyLotto24 Services are available to Players as much as is reasonably possible, but MyLotto24 cannot and does not guarantee that: (i) the Web Site or the MyLotto24 Services will be available at any specific time or for any specific period; or (ii) that the features, functionality or performance of the MyLotto24 Services or the Web Site will meet the Player's requirements or those of anyone else; or (iii) that the Web Site, the MyLotto24 Services or the features and functionality of either of them are, or will be, compatible with, or available on, the device or system used by a Player to access the Web Site. MyLotto24 does not warrant that any alerts a Player may choose to subscribe to (such as, for example, the "Jackpot Alarm") will be provided in advance of the deadline for placing a bet on the relevant draw and shall have no liability to a Player if any such alerts are incorrect or delayed or are not sent to or not received by the Player.

MyLotto24 shall be liable as expressly provided in these Terms, but shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

The Player shall immediately notify MyLotto24 if any funds are credited to their Player Account in error. Should such a mis-credit occur, the funds in question shall not be withdrawn or otherwise used by the Player, and MyLotto24 reserves the right to withdraw or recover these funds.

11. Limited responsibility

11.1

MyLotto24 endeavours to ensure that the Web Site and the MyLotto24 Services are available to Players as much as is reasonably possible, but MyLotto24 cannot and does not guarantee that: (i) the Web Site or the MyLotto24 Services will be available at any specific time or for any specific period; or (ii) that the features, functionality or performance of the MyLotto24 Services or the Web Site will meet the Player's requirements or those of anyone else; or (iii) that the Web Site, the MyLotto24 Services or the features and functionality of either of them are, or will be, compatible with, or available on, the device or system used by a Player to access the Web Site. MyLotto24 does not warrant that any alerts a Player may choose to subscribe to (such as, for example, the "Jackpot Alarm") will be provided in advance of the deadline for placing a bet on the relevant draw and shall have no liability to a Player if any such alerts are incorrect or delayed or are not sent to or not received by the Player.

11.2

MyLotto24 shall be liable as expressly provided in these Terms, but shall have no other obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

11.3

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict MyLotto24's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for any fraud.

11.4

MyLotto24 shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the insolvency of any bank, including (without limitation) any bank with which MyLotto24 maintains its accounts.

11.5

MyLotto24 shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any aspect of the Web Site or its availability or functionality not within the control of MyLotto24.

11.6

Without limiting MyLotto24's obligation to pay, transfer or credit Winnings or Prizes to Player in accordance with Condition 8 above in respect of successful and valid bets placed and accepted in accordance with these Terms:

11.6.1

MyLotto24's liability to a Player at any given time shall not exceed an amount equal to:

  1. where MyLotto24's liability relates to a bet - the aggregate of the Stake(s) placed by the Player on the bet(s) in respect of which MyLotto24's liability has arisen;
  2. where MyLotto24's liability relates to the misapplication of funds - the amount of money which was in the Player's account which has been misplaced by MyLotto24; and
  3. in respect of any other liability of MyLotto24 - an aggregate of five thousand pounds sterling (£5,000); and

11.6.2

MyLotto24 will not be liable to a Player or anyone else, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

  1. for any loss of income, business, anticipated savings or profits; or
  2. any loss that could not have been reasonably expected by the Player and MyLotto24 at the time of entering into these Terms howsoever caused or arising, whether through non-supply or late supply of the Web Site or any service available through the Web Site, non-performance of these Terms or otherwise.

11.7

MyLotto24 will not be liable to a Player or anyone else, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise in respect of:

  1. the refusal to sell a bet to any person or to allow any person to place a bet; or
  2. money lost by placing losing or invalid bets; or
  3. any losses caused arising from the misuse or unauthorised use of passwords.

11.8

Except as expressly stated elsewhere in these Terms, all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms, whether express or implied (by common law, collaterally or otherwise) are hereby excluded, except in the case of fraud, or where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

11.9

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights (which include, for example, that we will provide our services to a reasonable standard and within a reasonable time). For more information about your statutory rights, contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards Office or local equivalent.

11.10

No refunds are provided save as expressly provided in these Terms.

11.11

Without prejudice to any other provision of these Terms, MyLotto24 shall not be liable to any person for:

  1. any event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation:
    1. any act of God, actual or threatened war or other threat or challenge to governmental authority, confiscation, nationalisation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any Government or public or local authority, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought or tempest;
    2. any power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service;
    3. the failure of, or damage or destruction to, or any errors caused by any computer systems or records (including, without limitation, the Web Site), or any aspect of such computer systems or records;
    4. any other action or event that prevents or hinders the placement or issue of a valid bet;
  2. delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or the banking system; or
  3. failure or malfunction of the equipment or technology of the relevant Player or his/her Internet service provider.

11.12

Prize/Winnings are tax-free in many countries. Any applicable taxes, duties or levies on Prizes shall be charged to and paid by the Player.

11.13

The provisions of this Condition 11 shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms.

12. Web Site, links and banners

MyLotto24 reserves the right to make changes or corrections to, and to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Web Site or the MyLotto24 Services from time to time.

MyLotto24 is not responsible for any promotional links or advertising banners of third party advertisers appearing on the Web Site.

Players must not misuse the Web Site by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or harmful. MyLotto24 will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other harmful material that may infect a Player's computer equipment, computer programs, data or other material due to the Player's use of the Web Site or any website linked to it.

If we are unable to resolve any disputes between us, you may refer the dispute to a recognised professional independent dispute resolution service such as IBAS (www.ibas-uk.com).

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, all other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect and will not in any way be impaired. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question will apply with the minimum modifications necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

MyLotto24 does not separately file the individual Terms entered into by Players when they register on the Web Site. Players can access these Terms on the Web Site. Players can make a durable copy of these Terms by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy on their own computer.

Please note that all notices under these Terms are to be sent and received by email. For this purpose, Player notices should be sent to service@mylotto24.co.uk.
